- Weekend & evening appointments are offered on a limited, pre-arranged basis with select clinicians/ instructors
- All appointments must be booked and pre-arranged during administration hours

Please allow 1-3 business days for a response to messages. Messages received outside of office hours will be reviewed on the next business day.

1. Phone consultation: consult with our team to access the right services for your child, yourself or family member.
2. Paperwork: complete the required paperwork for the services selected.
3. Initial Assessment: our team will schedule your initial assessment with the best therapist/ instructor for your needs. From here, we work with you to determine goals, create an effective treatment/ lesson plan, start treatment/ the program and get you on your way to reaching those goals!
We are a private-pay facility and do not bill insurance companies directly. Payment for all sessions is due at the time of service. While we do not submit claims on your behalf, we're happy to provide documentation to assist you with reimbursement through your extended health insurance plan.
