At Stable Connections we provide Mentorship Opportunities for Physical, Occupational, and Speech-Language Therapists, Hippotherapy Practitioner Candidates, and CanTRA Adaptive/ Therapeutic Riding Instructor Candidates.
We provide professional mentorship opportunities with our Lead Hippotherapy Clinician, Senior CanTRA Instructors, and experienced therapists. They will help guide and support you in developing your skills and knowledge related to using horses therapeutically in the treatment of clients and/or instructing people with various disabilities in recreational accessible adaptive/ therapeutic horseback riding.
Mentorship is crucial for ensuring best practices, promoting professional growth, and fostering a strong community of certified Hippotherapy Practitioners and Adaptive Riding Instructors in Manitoba and beyond. Our team collaborate closely with the American Hippotherapy Association (AHA) and Canadian Therapeutic Riding Association (CanTRA) during mentorships.
