10 Years Together!

This year marks an important milestone for our team - our 10th year in business - and we’re looking forward to celebrating it with you throughout the year. What started as a small idea and a lot of hope has grown into a multidisciplinary team supporting individuals facing barriers and navigating life’s challenges. Over the past decade, we’ve had the privilege of supporting countless individuals, families, and communities, many of whom have faced real barriers to care, connection, and well-being.

As we move through this anniversary year, we want to pause, reflect, and celebrate together - the relationships built, the resilience witnessed, and the community that continues to shape our work. We’re deeply grateful to everyone who has been part of our journey so far, and we’re excited to continue learning, growing, and showing up for our community in meaningful ways.
