Meet our Herd

Picture
Meant To Be (Tobi): Our beautiful Tobi is our youngster with an old soul, full of patience and kindness. His goal in life, other than being fed continuously, is to be loved, and that is how he treats his humans. Tobi came to us as a gift, however worth his weight in gold.  The way he connects and understands us all, it is no mistake that his registered name is "Meant To Be".

Tye:Tye is another one of our special geldings. He came to us as a gift from our friends Michele & Gil. A fast fan favorite with clients, our 1 eyed pirate is quick to win your heart over with his great ground manners and courageous attitude to face all games and obstacles alongside clients. Just make sure you don’t take sharp right hand corners without letting him know first.

Remi: Remi is a cool cowgirl mare. During the warmer months she competes with her family in mounted shooting - full gallop race to shoot targeted balloons. We are blessed to have her with us for the colder months when she is not competing. Don’t be fooled by her competitive edge, Remi is the biggest cuddle bug and enjoys her quality time connecting with clients.

Joey: Our papa Joey, one of our original therapy herd, is a 'been there, done that' registered foundation quarter horse. This competitive ranch horse has even placed first in Manitoba, third in Canada in western dressage! Our Joey loves children and is now happiest when smothered in hugs and cuddles. He is now enjoying his well earned retirement with Ms Karen’s grandchildren.

Danny: Our beloved Danny will always be in our hearts. Called to the rainbow bridge far too soon, Danny was a fan favorite with many children and adults from Stable Connections. He came to us via the Canadian Fjord Horse Rescue and quickly established himself as a reliable therapy horse with a cool calm demeanour  He loved to dance with Sarah at liberty in the arena, backing up every time Sarah would shake her hips and running back for a neck scratch as a reward. We love and miss you Danny. Hope you’re running free and enjoying the rainbow <3
